Warranty Information

Oz Loka NZ® Lockers are backed by a 15 year manufacturers warranty. We will gladly accept the return of any lockers that do not meet our quality assurance.

OUR 15 YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Deliberate damage to any part of the locker
  • Damage caused by failure to follow installation instructions
  • Accessories such as combination locks, name plates, or the l-shaped handle variation

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: (PLASTICS)

  • Wash with a mild soap or detergent, then rinse with clean water
  • Avoid contact with heavy heat sources

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: (STAINLESS STEEL)

  • Wash with a mild soap, detergent or stainless steel cleaning agent and warm water. Rinse with clean water.
  • For best results, wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth
  • Do not use abrasives such as steel wool or wire brushes
Oz loka NZ products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Kiwi consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
